Childcare Worker Full and Part-Time

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Childcare Workers to join our team in both full-time and part-time roles. Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
• Support children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices.
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children’s progress, behavior, and needs.
• Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent caregiving practices and classroom management.
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents.
• Assist in documenting developmental milestones and maintaining accurate records of daily activities.

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices is preferred.
• Certification in first aid and CPR, but will have to obtain if not already certified.

Pay: $9.50 - $11.00 per hour
