Childcare & Youth Programs Manager

CHILDCARE AND YOUTH PROGRAMS MANAGER PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Childcare, and Youth Programs Manager’s purpose is to successfully manage and coordinate companywide childcare services and child development programing, sales, operations, quality control, and overall delivery companywide.

CHILDCARE AND YOUTH PROGRAMS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily responsibilities include working with the childcare staff and management of childcare schedules. Working with senior leadership to meet budgetary, plan, and set goals against yearly marketing and child development program plans, set by ownership. Coordination and implementation of our school vacation and summer youth camps. Other responsibilities include staff trainings, staff schedules, birthday party coordination and package offerings, CCR room management, and scheduling, camp offerings including meeting the marketing, sales, and revenue goals, processes, procedures and programing, kid’s social events, childcare hiring (including initial background checks) and termination if necessary, communication with parents, customers, and customer service and experience, management of daily childcare P&L. Also attending events and expos on behalf of the company as needed to promote our childcare service offerings.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORKING CONDITIONS:

Applicant must be able to commute from facility to facility if necessary, ability to carry marketing items of up to 25 lbs. flexibility to work nights and weekends depending on the business marketing needs. This position also requires the ability to work offsite when required on project based tasks.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Early childhood education background is required.
• General knowledge of Health, Wellness, Fitness, and Sports is required.
• Camp and or Youth Programming experience is required.
• Above average work ethic

COMPENSATION:

Salary range of $38-45K per year, major medical Insurance, dental insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, and health club membership.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
