About the Role

We are looking for friendly, confident, and self-driven individuals to promote and sell our high-quality children’s books within their local communities and personal networks. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys reading, connecting with people, and prefers a flexible work setup that fits around family responsibilities, studies, or another job.

As a Children’s Book Sales Representative, you will introduce families, schools, nurseries, tuition centres, parent groups, Masjids, Madrassahs, and community organisations to our engaging and educational titles. You choose your schedule, your effort directly shapes your income.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell children’s books within your neighbourhood, community, and online network
• Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, schools, academies, and local organisations
• Attend school fairs, community events, or online groups to showcase books (optional but beneficial)
• Guide customers by sharing book details, recommending suitable titles, and processing orders
• Meet achievable monthly sales goals to maximise commissions
• Offer excellent customer service and follow-ups to encourage repeat sales

Who We’re Looking For

• Friendly, approachable, and confident in talking to people
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Passionate about children’s education, learning, and literacy
• Has a good personal network (parents, teachers, academies, local groups, etc.)
• Basic digital skills (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email, etc.)
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required full support and training will be provided
