As a Children's Support Workers, you'll play a crucial role in providing safe, nurturing, and therapeutic care during some of the most critical moments in a young person's life. Our support packages are designed to meet individual needs offering wraparound, 24/7 support with staffing ratios ranging from 2:1 up to 6:1, depending on each young person's circumstances.

This is a rewarding and flexible role, ideal for those who thrive in dynamic environments and want to make a real difference.

What You'll Do

• Create a safe, stable, and supportive environment for children and young people in crisis.
• Children's Support Workers Support with daily routines from meal preparation to maintaining a tidy home.
• Encourage engagement in education, hobbies, and community activities that promote growth and confidence.

• Supporting medical appointments and community activities.

• Using your own vehicle to transport young people when needed.

• Helping them move forward with confidence into their next chapter.

Requirements

? What We're Looking For

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds! Whether you've worked in care before or are looking to start a new, meaningful career. What matters most is your heart, resilience, and ability to connect with young people.

You'll need:

• A flexible approach (waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins when required)
• A full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and business insurance.
• An enhancedDBS (or Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS) and full Right to Work in the UK.
• Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)

A relevant qualification (NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Care or equivalent) is desirable, but not essential.
