Chiller Engineers (x3) | Cardiff & Surrounding Area (Within 20 Miles)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Company Vehicle
Location: Cardiff, Wales (Field-based)
Work Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Are you a skilled Chiller Engineer with hands-on experience and a strong work ethic? We’re hiring three experienced engineers to join a growing, reputable business supporting commercial clients across South Wales and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking reliable professionals who can work independently, deliver high-quality service, and are committed to continual learning and professional growth.

✅ Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

• Water and commercial chiller experience essential

• Commissioning experience highly advantageous

• Proficient in fault finding and diagnostics

• Comfortable working on split, VRV & VRF systems

• Must hold a clean UK driving licence

• Willing to travel across South Wales and further afield

• DBS check required for all engineers

• Must be computer literate and confident using a tablet

• A great attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success
