Job Title: Chiller Maintenance Technician
Location: Qatar

Job Summary
We are hiring Chiller Maintenance Technicians for our operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in HVAC and chiller maintenance, with strong knowledge of water-cooled and air-cooled chillers, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair works in industrial or commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on water-cooled and air-cooled chillers
• Carry out routine tasks such as cleaning tubes, checking oil levels, replacing filters, and changing belts
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
• Repair or replace defective components such as motors, sensors, pumps, and controls
• Monitor and record chiller operating parameters including pressure, temperature, and flow rates
• Adjust equipment settings to ensure optimum performance and efficiency
• Follow all safety procedures, including electrical safety, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements
• Prepare daily maintenance reports, service logs, and related documentation
• Support smooth operation and reduce equipment downtime through timely maintenance and repairs

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC/chiller maintenance
• Experience working in industrial or commercial environments
• Good technical knowledge of screw, scroll, and centrifugal chillers
• Familiarity with VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and PLC systems
• Diploma in HVAC, ITI HVAC/Chiller Maintenance, or related engineering field
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve both mechanical and electrical issues
• Good understanding of maintenance safety procedures and reporting

• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: QAR 1,600–1,800
• QAR 300 food allowance

Pay: QAR1,600.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
