Chiller Site Engineer

• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting air-cooled chillers, including models such as Carrier 30XA, Carrier 30GTN, Trane RTAC, Trane RTAF, York air-cooled chillers, and Daikin air-cooled chillers.
• Strong technical knowledge of chiller compressor overhauling.
• Ability to independently diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults in chillers, control panels, and related systems.
• Capable of leading the site service team, providing technical guidance, and resolving complex complaints efficiently.
• Proficient in maintenance documentation, including: Technical reports, PPM reports, Inspection checklists, Snag reports, Service and breakdown reports
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deal directly with clients, explain technical issues clearly, and coordinate corrective actions professionally.
• Responsible for procurement of required chiller materials and spare parts, maintaining stock control, and keeping proper inventory records.
