Chiller Technician ,MEP Technician , Civil Technician & Painter

Chiller Technician

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in servicing and troubleshooting HVAC chiller systems.
• Strong knowledge of centrifugal, screw, and scroll chillers.
• Ability to perform preventive & corrective maintenance, refrigerant charging, leak detection, and control diagnostics.
• Familiar with HVAC control systems, BMS, and electrical schematics.
• Valid HVAC/AC Technician certification or equivalent.
• Ability to work under pressure and attend emergency breakdowns.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

2. MEP Technician

• Minimum 3 years experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing maintenance.
• Skilled in troubleshooting pumps, motors, panels, lighting, power distribution, plumbing networks, valves, etc.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance, daily inspections, and corrective works.
• Knowledge of MEP drawings, tools, and safety procedures.
• Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Mechanical field.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

3. Civil Technician & Painter

• Minimum 3 years experience in civil maintenance.
• Skilled in plastering, masonry, tiling, carpentry basics, waterproofing, and wall repairs.
• Ability to perform painting works including surface preparation, filling, sanding, priming, and finishing.
• Familiar with tools, materials, and HSE standards.
• Ability to execute minor civil repair tasks independently.
• Good understanding of measurements and quality finishing.
