Chiller Technician – Ready Mix Company

We are seeking a skilled Chiller Technician to maintain and service chillers and cooling systems at our Ready Mix Concrete batching plant. The candidate will ensure proper temperature control for concrete production and smooth operation of plant cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial chillers used in concrete cooling
• Monitor chiller performance, temperatures, and flow rates for batching operations
• Maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, and cooling towers
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC and chiller systems
• Ensure proper refrigerant levels and safe handling of cooling chemicals
• Coordinate with batching plant operators and supervisors for production requirements
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and system performance
• Ensure safety compliance and proper housekeeping of the chiller plant area
• Support audits and inspections as required

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Refrigeration / HVAC
• 2–8 years experience as Chiller Technician in Ready Mix Concrete
• Knowledge of industrial chillers, cooling systems, and HVAC for concrete batching
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
• Physically fit and safety conscious
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
