Chiller Technician w HVAC Repair experience and maintenance for Commercial Office Building

Will perform preventive maintenance and repair of office buildings, equipment and grounds.

Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance of a Class-B office towers. Trade skills required include minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complies with all applicable codes, regulations and company directives related to the building

Inspect building systems such as fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities

repairs to chillers and PMs for multiple buildings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,950.00 per year
