China Sourcing Agent – Windows, Electrical, Plumbing, Kitchen Equipment & Furniture

We’re a growing company working on construction and interior projects. Our work spans windows, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, kitchen equipment, and furniture, and we need a trusted sourcing agent in China to help us connect with the right suppliers, negotiate fair deals, and ensure quality from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, vet, and manage suppliers for our product categories.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and shipping terms.
• Arrange product samples and coordinate quality control inspections.
• Oversee production schedules and keep track of shipments.
• Consolidate orders across categories to optimize freight.
• Keep communication clear and provide regular updates.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a sourcing agent, buyer, or procurement manager.
• Strong supplier network in at least one of our key categories: building materials, electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, or furniture.
• Good negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsive.
• Comfortable working independently with remote coordination.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with CE/UL/ASTM certifications and export compliance.
• Experience shipping to [your country, e.g. US/Canada/Europe].
• Ability to visit factories in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, or other hubs.
