Chinese Medicine Doctor

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chinese Medical Doctor specializing in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupuncture to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, a deep understanding of Chinese medical therapies, and the ability to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, medical assessments, and diagnosis based on TCM principles.
• Provide acupuncture treatments, including therapeutic, preventive, and pain-management sessions.
• Prescribe and prepare herbal medicine formulas according to patient needs.
• Perform additional TCM treatments such as cupping, moxibustion, tuina massage, and other related therapies.
• Create individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients on lifestyle, diet, and wellness practices aligned with TCM.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and support staff.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine from a recognized institution.
• Licensed or certified practitioner (as required by local regulations).
• Proven experience in acupuncture and herbal medicine treatments.
• Strong understanding of TCM diagnostic techniques (pulse, tongue, meridian theory, etc.).
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in wellness centers, clinics, or integrated medical facilities.
• Knowledge of additional therapies (gua sha, ear acupuncture, etc.).
• Multilingual abilities (English, Mandarin, or others) is an advantage.
