Chinese Preschool Teacher (Toddler program)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chinese Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive Chinese learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic success. The Teacher will play a crucial role in Chinese curriculum development and classroom management, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging Chinese lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative educational experience.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and classroom initiatives.
• Basic cleaning and diaper changing

Qualifications

• Completion of 12 ECE Units is required
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Chinese teaching experience is preferred
• Proven experience in Montessori classroom management and behavior management techniques.
• Strong background in toddler care or childcare.
• Experience working with students in an educational setting is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
