Job Description:
We are seeking a professional Chinese-speaking Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. The role involves assisting Chinese clients with property purchases, sales, and rentals while providing outstanding service and building strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients to understand their requirements.
• Present suitable properties and explain features clearly.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and close deals professionally.
• Follow up with clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Stay updated on market trends and available properties.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Previous real estate or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional attitude and presentation.
• Ability to meet targets and work within a commission structure.
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage.
