Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Chinese Speaking ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive ENT care to diverse patient populations, ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and compassionate patient service. Your expertise will contribute to improving quality of life for patients experiencing ENT-related conditions, with an emphasis on clear communication in Mandarin or Cantonese. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough clinical evaluations of patients presenting with ENT conditions, utilizing medical imaging and diagnostic radiology tools for accurate assessment.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including surgical interventions such as suturing and airway management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across specialties such as audiology, ophthalmology, and pulmonology to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Manage electronic health records (EHR systems) efficiently, documenting patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up care with precision.
  • Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies using health coaching techniques tailored to individual needs.
  • Participate in clinical research initiatives and continuous professional development activities to stay current with advancements in otolaryngology.

Experience

  • Proven experience as an ENT physician with a strong background in outpatient and inpatient settings.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in medical imaging interpretation relevant to ENT diagnostics.
  • Experience performing procedures related to airway management, neurocritical care, and otolaryngology surgeries.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology specific to otolaryngology along with general hospital experience.
  • Prior exposure to Level I trauma centers or emergency room environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin or Cantonese are essential; English proficiency is a plus.
