Chinook Bartender

Education/Experience:

• Must be 19 years old or older.
• Three years previous bartending experience required. Three year previous food service preferred.
• Tips Card or Alcohol Serve Safe Certificate required. In house certification available upon request.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Cashiering skills required.
• Knowledge of the various aspects of mixology required.
• Must be able to guide, coach, and work well with a team.
• Must be skilled at managing conflict and influencing outcomes.
• Must be adept at multi-tasking.
• Excellent verbal communication skills required; excellent written communication skills preferred.
• Presentation and organizational skills preferred.
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions precisely.
• Should understand the theory of progressive discipline.
