Chiropractic Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors with patient care: taking notes, entering them into the EHR.
• Perform modalities as needed and assist the tech: X-rays, decompression tables, laser.
• Ensure patient schedules are flawless -within the scheduling system and EHR.
• Support admin tasks.
• Provide exceptional patient interaction and direct doctor support.
• Use AI (basic proficiency) to create content.

Hours:

• Monday: 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
• Tuesday: 10:00-1:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Approx. 39 hours/week; lunch breaks included in longer shifts.)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (healthcare or service industry experience valued).
• All other training provided on the job.
