Duties

• Assist chiropractor during patient assessments and treatments, ensuring a smooth workflow in the clinic.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and exercises, providing clear instructions to enhance their understanding of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment progress, while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure high-quality care and a welcoming environment for all patients.
