Chiropractic Assistant

Hiring a Chiropractic Assistant for our St. Petersburg clinic.

As a CA, you’ll work directly with our chiropractors and care team, supporting both clinical care and clinic flow. You’ll help patients feel informed, supported, and taken care of while keeping things moving behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the chiropractor with patient intakes, including detailed history and EMR documentation
  • Take X-rays as ordered and keep the X-ray room clean, organized, and ready
  • Perform re-exams, document findings, and update the provider on patient progress
  • Engage with patients throughout their visit and provide clear education on the treatment plan
  • Help with phones/scheduling as needed to support front desk operations
  • Learn in-office DME products and assist with fitting, dispensing, and patient education
  • Assist with patient flow to keep the clinic on schedule
  • Manage inventory: order supplies, stock items, and keep storage areas organized
  • Pitch in with light clerical/front desk support when needed

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of Chiropractic Assistant experience preferred

Schedule / Position Type

  • Monday - Thursday

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Professional medical office environment
  • Frequent walking/standing and active support during patient visits
  • May require assisting with patient positioning/support
  • Must be able to read screens/printed materials and communicate clearly in person and by phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
