Chiropractic Assistant

PART TIME ONLY POSITION

EVERY MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY FROM 1:30 TO 6:30 PM.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care and support within our chiropractic practice. You will assist the chiropractor in various tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation while enhancing the overall patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist with the intake process, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
• Conduct patient assessments, including taking medical histories and understanding their needs.
• Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the administration of treatments as directed by the chiropractor, including preparing treatment rooms and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Support the chiropractor with documentation and record-keeping, ensuring all patient information is up-to-date and confidential.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology to assist in patient assessments effectively.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to chiropractic care.
• Excellent patient service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
• Ability to perform intake procedures efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
