Chiropractic Assistant

Our clinic has a GREAT opportunity for a dependable, compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team.

Swendsen Chiropractic Clinic PS is seeking to hire a part-time clinic assistant who is detail-oriented, professional, a multi-tasker, outgoing, and friendly. Responsibilities will include completing clerical and office duties at our busy front desk, transcribing notes for both of our Chiropractor’s, scheduling patients, scanning documents, data entry, escorting patients to their examination room, and calling patients with appointment reminders. This person must be able to work and stand on their feet prolonged periods, have EHR experience, a basic understanding of insurance benefits and required information, accurate typing and grammatical skills, HIPAA training and the ability to create a fantastic first impression for our patients.
