Chiropractic Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY
This is a primarily patient-care role focused on assisting with therapies and supporting patient outcomes. Team members are also cross-trained to assist with front office and administrative responsibilities as needed to support overall clinic operations.

SCHEDULE
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Pay: $18–$20/hour + performance-based bonuses

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver in-office therapies and assist with hands-on patient treatments
- Guide patients through their visit and support clinical flow
- Maintain organization and efficiency in the clinic
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with front desk tasks as needed
- Support administrative tasks as required
- Create a warm, professional environment patients look forward to returning to
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Prior experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or wellness office preferred
- Experience as a chiropractic assistant, therapy tech, or rehab aide is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, high-energy, and professional demeanor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Willingness to be cross-trained across clinical and administrative tasks
- Interest in fitness, natural health, or integrative medicine
- Basic knowledge of anatomy/physiology (preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Reliable transportation required
