Position Overview

We are hiring a Chiropractic Assistant (CA) who is upbeat, compassionate, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role is critical to patient experience and clinic flow. You will be trusted with real responsibility and expected to perform at a high level.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants more than “just a job” and is interested in long-term growth within a quickly growing grassroots healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for both clinical and front-office duties, including:

• Conducting new patient intakes, evaluations, and X-rays
• Educating patients on care plans and wellness recommendations
• Managing front desk operations, scheduling, and billing support
• Handling inbound and outbound patient phone calls
• Maintaining smooth patient flow throughout the clinic
• Accurately entering and managing patient records and paperwork
• Supporting marketing events and community outreach initiatives
• Creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient clinic environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred, but excellence and work ethic matter more
• Strong communication and memorization skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a high-energy clinical environment

Schedule and Compensation

• 30 to 40 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday only
• Mon, Wed, Thurs: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Availability for a few summer weekends is required
• Clear opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles with higher pay
• Full training provided. No chiropractic experience required.
