Candidate must speak English and Spanish fluently.

Duties

• Greet patients warmly and facilitate their check-in process with professionalism and care
• Conduct patient intake by gathering relevant medical history and updating records accurately
• Assist chiropractor during treatment sessions and ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Explain procedures clearly to patients, ensuring they understand their care journey and answer any questions they may have
• Maintain thorough documentation to record treatment details and patient progress
• Support clinic operations by managing appointment scheduling, follow-up communications, and maintaining organized records
• Translating for Spanish speaking patients when needed

Experience

• Prior experience in patient service or healthcare settings is preferred, but not necessary
• Excellent communication skills for clear explanation of procedures and compassionate patient interaction
• Ability to perform patient intake procedures accurately while maintaining confidentiality
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• A proactive attitude with a passion for helping others achieve wellness through chiropractic care
