Chiropractic Assistant / Front and back office (Bilingual)
Location - South Mountain area

Chiropractic Assistant/Medical Assistance experience with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on patient care or recent CNA graduate is a plus. Prior excellent customer service skills are a MUST!

Injury Chiropractic is a stable company with over 30 years in the Phoenix area and multiple office locations. We are seeking an attentive, compassionate, bilingual Chiropractic Assistant with strong people skills and the desire to make our patients feel great about their experience in our offices.

Responsibilities:

• Providing prescribed therapy to patients including EMS, hot/cold therapy, traction, rehab exercise instruction for patients
• Scheduling patients and answering phones.
• Assist Spanish/English translation.
• General office experience, including computer use, scheduling, and typing.

Requirements: Chiropractic Assistant experience is most beneficial, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has some previous hands-on patient care experience! Physical therapy, primary care and recent CNA graduates usually transition to chiropractic care easily.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Proficient in Word and Outlook.
• The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and efficiently but also as part of our team.
• Spanish/English bilingual required.
• Work full time - 8 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 6pm - These hours are required. Lunch is 12-2 pm daily.
• Reliable transportation is required!

Benefits: Rate of pay commensurate with experience. All discussions of pay are CONFIDENTIAL and will be based upon prior experience and credentials. Injury Chiropractic also offers the following: 401K, Dental insurance, Paid Time Off and Holiday pay as outline in our company handbook; Office hours are M-F 8 am-noon and 2 pm-6 pm; no weekends. This is a FULL-TIME position.
