Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes to ensure a seamless experience
• Manage patient intake by collecting accurate personal, medical, and insurance information
• Schedule appointments efficiently, confirming upcoming visits and coordinating with practitioners
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
• Assist with patient assessments by gathering relevant health history and explaining procedures clearly
• Support chiropractors during treatments by preparing treatment rooms and handling necessary equipment
• Communicate medical terminology effectively to patients, ensuring they understand their care plans and instructions
• Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls to appropriate staff members
• Keep the front desk area organized, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies to promote a welcoming environment

Experience

• Prior experience in patient service or healthcare settings is not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills are essential for managing appointments, records, and administrative tasks efficiently
• Ability to assess patient needs through attentive listening and clear communication is highly valued
