Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk team member to join our healthcare practice. This role is vital in providing exceptional patient service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the clinical team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and an interest in health sciences. Duties

  • Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
  • Insurance Verifications, Insurance application, Billing & Coding
  • New Patient Coordination, Xrays, Personal Injury
  • Must be Detailed Oriented
  • Keep Office Clean and Neat
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Assist patients with intake forms and gather relevant health information
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health records regularly
  • Provide basic patient assessments under supervision, including vital signs and symptom documentation
  • Educate patients on office procedures and post-treatment care instructions
  • Support the clinical team with preparing treatment rooms and assisting during procedures as needed
  • Handle phone inquiries, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming
  • This is a full time position only

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in patient service or healthcare settings is preferred
  • Experience with insurance billing, insurance verifications and
  • Experience with taking Xrays
  • Experience with Collections
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Atleast 1 year experience working a front office setting/Chiropractic setting preferred
  • Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to perform patient assessment tasks accurately and compassionately
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer skills for scheduling, letter formatting and record keeping
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude are essential
