Position Overview

We’re hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator + Marketing Support to be the welcoming face of our practice and a creative voice behind our brand.

This position blends front desk coordination, patient experience, and social media, and marketing in a fast-paced, heart-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with practice members in person and over the phone
• Support front desk operations (calls, scheduling, and patient flow)
• Create and manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook, Canva, etc.)
• Plan and coordinate community events and outreach opportunities
• Use CRM tools to enhance patient experience and communication
• Learn and implement new systems as our practice continues to grow

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
