Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator (Case Manager – Red Light Therapy)

Fast-growing chiropractic and integrative wellness practice is seeking a highly organized, patient-focused Chiropractic Assistant / Case Manager to take a central role in both clinical flow and our Red Light Therapy Weight Loss & Pain Management Program.

This is a key patient retention and care coordination position, not a basic front desk role. You will be responsible for ensuring patients move smoothly through care, stay engaged in their treatment plans, and receive a high-quality experience from intake through ongoing program adherence.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Confident, personable, and comfortable guiding patient behavior and adherence
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Comfortable blending administrative, clinical support, and patient coaching responsibilities
• Motivated by outcomes, patient progress, and team success

Experience in chiropractic, medical assisting, physical therapy, or wellness coordination is strongly preferred.

We will train the right person, but this role requires maturity, accountability, and strong communication skills.

Core Responsibilities

• Patient intake, documentation, and rooming
• Manage patient flow and clinic efficiency
• Coordinate care plans
• Assist with in-office therapies and treatments
• Serve as Case Manager for Red Light Therapy program (weight loss + pain relief)
• Track patient progress and compliance
• Encourage adherence and visit consistency
• Coordinate follow-ups and program milestones
• Data entry, scribing, and EMR support
• Process payments and patient checkout

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
