About the Role

You’ll be an essential part of our patient care team, handling both front and back office responsibilities with a smile and a can-do attitude. This is not just a desk job — it’s a role for someone who enjoys staying busy, learning new things, and making patients feel cared for and welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phones with professionalism and warmth
• Greet patients and guide them through check-in and intake
• Verify insurance and collect copays
• Schedule appointments and follow-up visits
• Assist with therapy and rehab equipment setup
• Support back-office procedures as trained
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Work Schedule – Must Be Available for All Shifts

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Tuesdays: 1:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Thursday: CLOSED
