We are a long-established chiropractic and wellness practice serving the Clearwater community for more than 40 years. Our work goes beyond adjustments — we focus on education, nutrition, and helping patients achieve lasting results.
Our office is small, collaborative, and relationship-driven. Patients and staff are treated with respect and care, and we value integrity, consistency, and doing meaningful work. We’re entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey long term.
Position Overview
This role is not a front desk or phone-based position.
It’s a great fit for someone who wants to:

- learn directly alongside a doctor
- gain hands-on experience in patient care and nutrition

You’ll spend most of your day in the treatment room working directly with the doctor during patient visits. When patients are not being seen, you’ll assist with marketing projects and administrative support.
Schedule & Hours
Office Hours
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch break each day (12:30 PM – 1:30 PM)
Additional Notes
Tuesday and Thursday afternoons are non-patient time, used for:
- Marketing projects
- Newsletters and email communication
- Patient follow-ups
- Office administrative tasks
No weekends!
Key Responsibilities
Patient Visit Support & Scribing (Primary)
- Serve as an in-room scribe during patient visits (handwritten documentation)
- Accurately record:
- Patient concerns and progress
- Exam findings as explained by the doctor
- Treatments performed and patient response
- Maintain organized, complete, and accurate patient charts
- Help the doctor stay fully focused on patient care
Marketing & Outreach Support (Secondary)
- Assist with weekly newsletters and patient email communication
- Support simple social media posts and basic video content
- Help coordinate and promote in-office workshops and educational events
Administrative Assistance (Secondary)
- Assist with patient follow-ups, especially related to nutrition
- Encourage and help patients leave Google reviews
- Prepare files and charts
- Support general office needs during non-patient hours

Training is provided — attitude and curiosity matter most.
Training & Onboarding
- One-on-one, hands-on training directly with the doctor
- Clear daily guidance and expectations
- A structured 90-day onboarding plan so you’re never overwhelmed or thrown in unprepared
- Supportive, organized, and thoughtful training approach
You will report directly to the doctor.
Compensation & Benefits
- $17–$20/hour, based on experience
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Year-end bonus

- 1 week during year one
- 2 weeks starting in year two
