Chiropractic Assistant/ Scribe

Rody Chiropractic, Massage & Health has proudly served the Pacific Northwest for over 30 years, providing exceptional care for our community. We are a thriving, fast-paced clinic supported by a diverse team of 6 chiropractors, 11 licensed massage therapists, and an acupuncturist.

We are currently seeking a motivated individual with strong communication abilities and solid computer skills to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

As a Scribe/Doctors Assistant, your job duties include:

• Familiar and comfortable using medical and anatomical terminology
• Proficiency in note taking while being observant of the treatment.
• Able to quickly anticipate and perceive needs of doctor and patient
• Being responsible for your doctor’s schedule for the day and week
• Submitting authorization and referrals
• Assist front desk by scheduling appointments, answering phones and taking payments
• Chiropractic experience is a plus*
• Medical assistant experience is a plus*
