Duties

• Greet patients warmly and facilitate smooth patient intake processes, including translating.
• Assist chiropractors during examinations, adjustments, and therapeutic procedures with precision and professionalism
• Provide patient education on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote recovery
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment details accurately in electronic health records
• Maintain clinical cleanliness and organize treatment areas to ensure safety and efficiency
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and verifying insurance information.

Experience

• Prior experience in a chiropractors office is highly preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Hands-on experience with intake procedures, patient service delivery, and acute or sub-acute care environments
• Experience working with inpatient or outpatient populations in orthopedics or geriatrics is advantageous
• Demonstrated commitment to patient care excellence through previous clinic or hospital roles
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compassionate communication

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
