• Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Collect patient information, verify insurance details, and facilitate appointment scheduling using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Assist with basic intake procedures to support clinical staff
• Maintain organized patient records, including documentation of medical history and treatment notes
• Support clinical staff with basic medical tasks such as preparing treatment rooms.
• Manage front desk operations including answering phones, responding to patient inquiries, and coordinating appointments efficiently
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and compliance with health protocols to uphold a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Call leads that come through our CRM.

Experience

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required
• Demonstrated ability to handle fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and compassionate patient service. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
