What You’ll Do

As a Chiropractic Assistant + Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a key role in both the patient experience and the day-to-day flow of the office. You will be the first point of contact for patients while also supporting the doctor with in-office therapies and clinical flow.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming patients with warmth, professionalism, and positive energy
  • Managing patient check-in and check-out
  • Scheduling appointments and helping maintain an efficient daily flow
  • Assisting with therapeutic services under doctor supervision, including:
  • Spinal Decompression
  • Electrical Muscle Stimulation
  • Manual Therapy
  • Intersegmental Traction
  • Additional in-office therapies as trained
  • Educating patients on care recommendations, home exercises, and next steps
  • Assisting with new patient exams and re-examinations
  • Accurately documenting patient visits in our electronic health record system
  • Keeping treatment spaces clean, organized, and ready for patient care
  • Collaborating closely with the doctor and team to create an outstanding patient experience
  • Insurance/Cash handling
