Chiropractic Assistant/Patient Service Representative

The ideal candidate will be organized, hard working and understand the importance of a positive, cooperative, professional, and courteous attitude in the workplace. Attention to detail and clear communication with patients are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Greet and interact with patients
• Maintain reception, front desk and treatment room areas
• Manage patient appointments
• Answer telephone lines in a cheerful and professional manner; direct phone calls and take clear messages; return phone calls and emails
• Address patient requests and inquiries; provide patients with accurate information when answering questions and concerns
• Collect/verify/input patient demographic and insurance information into Electronic Medical Records
• Assist patients to treatment/therapy/exam rooms
• Assist the Doctor as needed

College degree not required, however, current students should not apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
