Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist, where your energy and organizational skills will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and administrative support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the friendly face of our clinic, managing front desk operations, coordinating patient appointments, and ensuring smooth clinic workflows. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for patients while supporting our healthcare professionals in providing top-tier chiropractic services.

Duties

  • Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Check patients in and out for appointments.
  • Verify insurance benefits and collect copays, deductibles, and patient balances.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information.
  • Process payments and balance daily transactions.
  • Coordinate patient paperwork and ensure all forms are completed accurately.
  • Assist with patient reactivation and follow-up communication
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient care.
  • Assist providers with therapies and patient flow as directed.
  • Instruct patients on prescribed therapies and exercises.
  • Clean and sanitize treatment areas and equipment according to office protocols.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of office and clinical supplies.
  • Support providers and team members to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a medical, chiropractic, dental, or customer service setting preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn electronic health record systems.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Experience with insurance verification and medical scheduling.
  • Knowledge of chiropractic care and personal injury cases.
  • Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
