Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and facilitate smooth intake processes to ensure accurate documentation and efficient clinic flow
- Assist chiropractors and therapists during treatment sessions by preparing treatment areas, handing out supplies, and ensuring patient comfort
- Support patient care through proper positioning, applying therapeutic modalities, and monitoring responses during therapy sessions
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and any observations related to anatomy or physiology
- Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote recovery and prevent future issues
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, equipment sterilization, and adherence to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate inpatient, outpatient, acute, sub-acute, or post-acute care services as needed
Skills
- Strong commitment to patient service with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and orthopedic principles relevant to chiropractic and therapy practices
- Prior experience in hospital settings or outpatient clinics is highly desirable
- Ability to handle intake procedures efficiently while demonstrating attention to detail
- Experience working with patients across various age groups including elderly populations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team in both acute and post-acute care contexts

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
