Duties

  • Handle inbound calls with enthusiasm, providing clear information about chiropractic services and appointment options
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments efficiently using computer-based scheduling systems
  • Assist patients with inquiries regarding medical procedures, insurance coverage, and office policies
  • Collect accurate patient information through data entry while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
  • Communicate effectively with bilingual or multilingual patients to ensure understanding and comfort
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, appointments, and follow-up actions in the electronic health record system
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and professional communication skills at all times

Skills

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations effectively
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care
  • Excellent computer skills including data entry, electronic health records, and scheduling software
  • Proven customer service experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically
  • Familiarity with medical office procedures and phone etiquette standards
  • Analysis skills to identify patient needs, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues efficiently
