Sprouting Life Chiropractic is looking for a motivated, energetic team member to join our office as a Patient Care Advocate: New Patient Coordinator + Neurological INSiGHT Scan Tech.

This role is perfect for someone who loves people, enjoys multitasking, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families and children.

What You’ll Do

• Perform neurological INSiGHT Scans for patients
• Perform all new patient scans and ensure follow-up scans are completed on the prescribed cadence (typically every 12 visits)
• Track patient progress and key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the patient journey
• Send educational information and resources to patients and families
• Make follow-up phone calls to support patient care and engagement
• Coordinate and assist with the new patient experience from start to finish
• Assist with front desk duties and back office duties
• Help maintain smooth office flow and a positive patient experience
• Support communication between patients, families, and the care team
• Answer phones professionally and confidently while creating a welcoming experience for patients
• Play with children, color, hold babies, and help create a calm and loving environment for families
• Assist parents and kiddos throughout visits to help them feel comfortable, cared for, and connected
• Assist with internal office events, community outreach events, and parent workshops
• Support the team in creating meaningful experiences that help families feel seen, supported, and connected
• Create a warm, uplifting environment for every person who walks through our doors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• On-the-job training provided
• Previous customer service, healthcare, childcare, or administrative experience is a plus, but not necessary
