Job description:

We are seeking a moivated and compassionate front desk assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal health, skilled in exceptional customer service, manages patient flow and scheduling, handles administrative tasks with accuracy and grace, and eager to contribute to the growth of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming patient and new patient calls.
• Managing and entering electronic health records into our software system.
• Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule/confirm patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, patient records, and intake forms.
• Financials: collect co-pays, deductibles, and payments at time of service; explain financial obligations clearly. Balancing end-of-day OTC, cash, check, and batch cc machine.
• Office maintenance: maintain a tidy, clean, and organized reception area and waiting room.
• Clinical support; assist with patient therapies as instructed by the doctor.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Help to motivate and coach patients through completing their care.
• Actively participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to grow the practice and patient base.

Qualification:

• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Exceptional, communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with computers.
• Honest, dependable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• A passion for natural health, chiropractic care, and holistic wellness.
