Chiropractic Patient Coordinator

Busy integrative chiropractic clinic looking for a Chiropractic Patient Coordinator to join our patient-centered healthcare team. This is a part-time position with a consistent weekly schedule, averaging around 25-30 hours. We are seeking applicants interested in a long-term commitment and growth. While the schedule is generally stable, we do require flexibility and dependability to accommodate evolving clinic needs. Key Responsibilities

• Patient coordination, scheduling, referrals, and patient communication via phone, text, and email
• Administrative support for our providers
• Patient check-out, payment processing, document scanning, simple billing tasks, and clinic housekeeping
• Insurance information input and verification (training available, but experience helpful)
• Prioritization of patient privacy in line with HIPAA regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs/Sheets
• Experience with creating polished materials in Canva / social media content creation desirable
• Experience with chiropractic care or an appreciation for a healthy lifestyle is preferred to provide an optimal patient experience

Schedule

• Approximately 25-30 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, exact hours TBD
• Availability for both opening and closing shifts required
• One Saturday morning per month required
• Opportunity for growth in hours and responsibility over time
• Position to begin mid Nov - early Dec

Compensation

$16-19/hr, or based on experience. PTO earned after 80 hours worked.
