Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist with specific rehab to warm up and support their spinal health
• Support chiropractors to guide the patient through basic rehab procedures - we are a correction based office focusing on movement, spinal alignment, and decompression. The therapy is not muscle stim, ultrasound, or massage type care.
• Educate patients on home care, supportive care, and general stretching
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Document patient progress and communicate relevant information to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with the team to deliver comprehensive outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation services across orthopedics, geriatrics, and sub-acute care settings

Skills

• MUST be excited to encourage patients and outgoing.
• Ability to work confidently in fast-paced environments.
• We will train all specific rehab protocols. You don't need prior experience, but a willingness to learn and apply your knowledge.
• You MUST have an interest in natural health and excited to learn how to apply this knowledge.
