Chiropractic Rehabilitation Coordinator

We are a busy chiropractic clinic looking for a Rehabilitation Coordinator to join our team. This is a very physical job, and you will be on your feet for most of the day - there will not be much time behind a desk in this position.

Our clinic performs spinal manipulations, corrective/functional exercises, cold laser, flexion/distraction, spinal decompression, and custom orthotics. We prioritize patient outcomes, and our focus is to get them back to doing what they love. We have a tight knit team and want to bring someone on that enjoys working in a high energy and purposeful environment.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Working directly with patients and our chiropractors to create and execute custom rehabilitation/exercise programs
• Administer therapies including cold laser, cervical and lumbar decompression, flexion/distraction, and rehab exercises
• Communicating with patients regarding their rehabilitation program and being a resource for any questions or concerns they may have
• Keeping the rehabilitation floor clean and organized
• Documenting details of patient encounters in our rehab log and electronic health records
• Attention to detail to ensure notes and charges are entered accurately and completely
• Must have a great attendance record, attend work on time, act and appear professional
• Ensuring that rehabilitation equipment is in good working order.
• Supporting administrative staff whenever necessary (this position will cross-train)
• Marketing and patient communication (writing thank-you notes as well as other correspondence)

Typical schedule includes three "10's" and two short days, 34-38 hours/wk.

We are looking for a long-term employee to grow with the position. This is not a fit for someone with a heavy school-load or with short-term availability.

Experience: Two or more years of experience in customer service or reception, preferably in a health care environment.

Multilingual a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
