Adjusted Health + Performance is the next generation of health and wellness. We are an elite chiropractic and performance clinic built for individuals who want more out of their health journey. We are looking for a Performance Recovery Specialist who is energetic, detail oriented, coachable, and passionate about delivering an elite client experience.

This is a hands on role built around recovery, bodywork, and performance support. You will work closely with our doctor and front desk team to ensure each patient’s journey is smooth, supportive, and exceeds expectations. You are not here to do spa work. You are here to help people move better, feel better, and stay consistent.

Who We Are Looking For

A positive, energetic individual who thrives in a high standard, performance driven environment

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable interacting with patients, managing flow, and delivering hands on recovery work

Interested in health, fitness, sports therapy style recovery, and wellness

Professional appearance and communication skills

Motivated to grow personally and professionally within a high performance culture

Coachable, humble, and confident in your ability to lead sessions and own your lane

We are open to candidates with backgrounds such as:

  • Licensed Massage Therapist
  • Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Certified Athletic Trainer
  • CSCS
  • NSCA CPT or equivalent high level training background

Mindset matters most. Experience in some to most of the services below is preferred, and we will train the right person in additional areas through our protocols and standards.

What You Will Do

Deliver high quality assisted stretch and recovery sessions with a premium, customized feel

Provide soft tissue focused bodywork including myofascial style work

Perform cupping and IASTM based on training and clinic protocols

Set up and manage Normatec compression sessions and recovery flow

Assist with guided rehab and AMP based movement coaching using doctor prescribed movements and progressions

Support and lead mobility sessions or mobility classes as the program grows

Apply EMS and therapeutic ultrasound only after training, competency sign off, and within clinic protocols

Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and stations so sessions run smooth and on time

Help manage clinic flow to keep the patient experience efficient and elite

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and the high standards of the treatment areas

Document services delivered using simple checklists and notes in our system

Communicate clearly with the doctor and front desk regarding patient tolerance, progress, and recommended cadence

Front desk will support scheduling and checkout, but your ability to educate and guide matters

What We Look For

  • This is not a diagnosing role and does not include independent treatment planning
  • Services performed must align with your credentials, training, and clinic protocols
  • Dry needling is not part of this role unless you hold a credential and certification that legally permits it and you are approved by clinic leadership

Why Adjusted Health + Performance

  • Work in a luxury, high energy environment focused on true performance and wellness
  • Build a long term lane in recovery inside a fast growing company
  • Real opportunities for growth into Lead Recovery Specialist and Recovery Program Lead
