Duties

• Greet patients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and guiding them through the intake process
• Assist chiropractors with patient assessments, including gathering medical histories and explaining procedures clearly
• Prepare treatment rooms by setting up necessary equipment and ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle recommendations to support their recovery
• Maintain accurate records of patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes using proper medical terminology
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient files, and handling insurance documentation
• Monitor patient comfort during treatments and communicate any concerns or needs to the chiropractor promptly

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to delivering excellent patient service with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Basic knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to assist effectively in clinical settings
• Experience with patient assessment techniques and conducting intake procedures is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and support patient understanding
• Prior experience in healthcare or chiropractic settings is a plus, but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
