Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and organized Chiropractic Therapy Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. This role supports patient care by assisting with therapy treatments, preparing patients for chiropractic services, maintaining treatment areas, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Duties

• Greet and assist patients during intake processes, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• Supporting chiropractors by preparing treatment rooms
• Administrating therapies to patients for example: Cold Laser, foot scans, etc.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment details accurately in medical records.
• Provide education to patients regarding treatment care and wellness strategies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas, adhering to sanitation standards.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and verifying insurance information collecting payment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care.
• Proven experience in patient service and patient care within clinical or hospital environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with strong organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of intake procedures, acute care protocols, and post-acute care practices

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for periods and assist patients with therapies.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
