Job Summary:
We are seeing a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented, Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support the Chiropractor in delivering high-quality care, manage administrative duties, and ensure a welcoming experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments and manage the Chiropractor’s schedule
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle patient payments.
- Assist with therapy procedures and patient preparation as directed by the Chiropractor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, the front desk area, and the office
- Help Educate patients on recommended treatments as guided
- Handle incoming calls, emails and any other communications
- Create marketing materials as needed
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required)
- Prior experience in healthcare or chiropractic setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Canva proficiency preferred
- CPR/BLS First Aid certification or willingness to obtain preferred
Work Environment
This position requires standing, walking and occasional lifting. The Chiropractic assistant works directly with patients as a part of a close-knit clinical team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
