Schedule (must be available for all listed hours) :

• Mon – Thu: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Patient Care)
• Fri: Administrative Day (Flexible hours, non-patient-facing)
• Quarterly Weekend Training Events required (professional growth & team development)
• No regular weekend patient hours & all major holidays off!

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the face of our office — greet every patient like they’re the most important person you’ll see all day
• Keep our schedule running like clockwork — from booking appointments to managing patient files
• Support the doctor and team with efficiency and a “no task too small” attitude
• Answer phones, respond to messages, and handle front desk questions with professionalism
• Maintain spotless, well-stocked treatment rooms ready for each patient
• Assist in patient education so they understand and commit to their care plan
• Help create a patient experience so good they can’t wait to come back

• Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy environment
• Computer-friendly and eager to learn new systems
• Dependable and self-motivated — no babysitting required
• Reliable transportation to Burleson, TX (or willingness to relocate)
• English fluency (Bilingual a plus)
• Availability for the full listed schedule
• Attendance at quarterly weekend training events
