Duties

• Greet patients warmly and assist with their check-in process, ensuring a smooth intake experience
• Conduct initial patient assessments by gathering medical history and understanding their health concerns
• Support chiropractors during adjustments and therapy sessions by preparing treatment areas and assisting with equipment setup
• Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle recommendations to promote recovery
• Maintain accurate records of patient information, treatment notes, and progress in compliance with privacy standards
• Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications to optimize clinic flow
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to effectively assist in patient care
• Excellent patient service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach that puts patients at ease
• Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and communicate clearly with both patients and staff
• Prior experience or familiarity with intake procedures and medical documentation is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
